本数据集包含采用X射线荧光显微成像(X-ray fluorescence microimaging)技术获取的成像数据,采样对象为智利皂皮树(Quillaja saponaria Molina,俗称quillay)与卡文金合欢(Vachellia caven (Molina) Seigler & Ebinger,俗称espino)的单份叶片及根系亚样本。所有样本均分别在添加100 μM铜与未添加铜的培养条件下培育,数据采集工作于加拿大光源同步辐射装置(加拿大萨斯喀彻温省萨斯卡通市)完成。
