Dataset of ES0037 eye tracking experiment on Ethiopian pottery conducted by the XSCAPE Project on Material Culture

ES0037 analysed the response of 34 participants to a sample of prehistoric pottery from Ethiopian pottery. Experiment was performed in Dikhil (Djibouti) in February 2025. The participants constitute a sample population of Afar people. The experimental device was Neon, Pupil-Labs eye-tracker. This Dataset includes Raw data, sociodemographic characterization of participants, information and archaeological context of the visual stimuli, description of the experiment performance and datasheets.
