Archaeal Community of Two Landscape Lakes

This study selected the sediments of Kunming Lake in Beijing''s Summer Palace and Aohai Lake in the Olympic Forest Park of Beijing as our research object, in order to provide scientific bases to explain the micro-ecological structure and the research of archaea in the water circulation mechanism of urban landscape water and increase the new understanding of the characteristics of ancient bacteria in northern China.
