Resolve Molecular Cartography data from Cas9 Lox-Stop-Lox mice with, AAV8-U6-sgRNA-TBG-Cre Bap1 knockout livers treated with vehicle or carbon tetrachloride. Raw data format is probe counts from molecular cartography, quantifying expression of 100 genes.本数据集包含来自经赋形剂或四氯化碳处理的、携带AAV8-U6-sgRNA-TBG-Cre载体的Cas9 Lox-Stop-Lox小鼠Bap1基因敲除肝脏的空间分子图谱（Molecular Cartography）数据。原始数据格式为空间分子图谱的探针计数，用于定量100个基因的表达水平。
