This dataset stores declaration records for special vessel operations at wharves in Meizhou Bay Port. Ship enterprises submit operation declaration materials to the Port Service Station for acceptance and preliminary review; after being examined and verified by the Port and Navigation Administration Office, the examination results are published. It also covers the examination and approval of special vessel operation applications from port and wharf enterprises.
