This table accompanies the data descriptor submitted to Scientific Data titled: Seasonality of composition, genomic potential and activity of coniferous forest soil microbiomes.The table contains complete sample data, including sampling dates, sample location, soil habitat sampled and additionally NCBI SRA accession numbers for ITS2, 16S rRNA, Universal 18S rRNA, Cercozoa-specific 18S rRNA, Metagenome and Metatranscriptome raw data. In addition we provide JGI IMG/MER portal accession numbers for metatranscriptome assemblies.
