Dark count rates.

Dark count rates (DCR, in Hz) for individual SPADs of the two SPAD arrays used in this work. D-channel and A-channel indicates the 8-SPAD array used to collect, respectively, the donor and acceptor signal from each spot. The smallest (24 Hz) and largest (7 kHz) DCR are highlighted. The top row indicates the pixel number in each array. Under the assumption of Poisson statistics, the standard error is equal to the square root of the estimated rates.本研究所用的两个单光子雪崩二极管（Single-Photon Avalanche Diode, SPAD）阵列中，各单个SPAD的暗计数率（Dark Count Rate, DCR，单位：Hz）。其中D通道与A通道分别对应两套8单元SPAD阵列，前者用于采集每个探测位点的供体信号，后者则采集对应位点的受体信号。本次数据集内，最小暗计数率（24 Hz）与最大暗计数率（7 kHz）已做高亮标注。每个阵列的顶行均标注了其内部的像素编号。基于泊松统计（Poisson statistics）假设，标准误等于对应估算计数率的平方根。
