713 3D plant shoot architectures from 3 species (Tomato, Tobacco, Sorghum), scanned across multiple conditions (ambient light, high-heat, high-light, vegetative shade, drought), and through 20-30 developmental time-points. Also included are architectures of Arabidopsis wildtype (Columbia-0) and 10 genetic mutants.Â

本数据集包含来自番茄、烟草、高粱3个物种的713组3D植物地上部结构(3D plant shoot architectures),这些结构经自然光、高温、高光、营养荫蔽、干旱等多种环境条件扫描获取,且覆盖20至30个发育时间点。此外还包含拟南芥野生型(哥伦比亚-0,Columbia-0)及10个遗传突变体的地上部结构。
