Interview of Larry Mazur, Lieutenant for the Rapid Transit District Police Department, about the preparation measures taken by his department before the civil disturbance, the department's role in quelling the civil disturbance, and critiques of the Los Angeles Police Department's actions during the unrest, 1992 June 29.
