Data to In-depth study of spectroscopic properties of new promising Pr3+-ion doped low-phonon susquisulfide Lu2S3 material for mid-IR laser sources

The dataset file contains data related to the spectroscopic properties of Pr3+-ion-doped sesquisulfide Lu2S3 material. Data from Raman, excitation, and luminescence spectrum measurements are provided. Each dataset is labeled according to the figure it refers to; for example, the dataset labeled 'Figure 3' refers to Fig. 3 in the manuscript.
