Disclosed is an environmentally-friendly floor， comprising a substrate， a flame retardant layer， and a waterproof layer， wherein the substrate comprises: 30-40 parts of a waste environmentally-friendly resin， 15-22 parts of a waste phenolic foam， 22-28 parts of poplar powder， 8-15 parts of sepiolite， 5-10 parts of perlite， 8-15 parts of common sawdust powder， 4-9 parts of nano-zinc oxide， 8-15 parts of nano-silica， 10-18 parts of glass fibers， 8-15 parts of waste paper fibers， 6-12 parts of bamboo charcoal powder， 5-10 parts of talcum powder， 3-7 parts of polyethylene wax， 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent， 1.5-3 parts of an antioxidant， and 1.5-2.5 parts of a heat stabilizer; the flame retardant layer comprises: poplar powder， sepiolite， common sawdust powder， glass fibers， a flame retardant， a smoke suppressant and a silane coupling agent; and the waterproof layer comprises: an acrylic elastic resin and an anti-slipping agent. Also disclosed is a production method for the floor. The present invention reduces the production costs thereof.
