Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held
by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by
RIHMI-WDC in 1982 and containes global gridded data. Data are siven
for cloud tops and bases, temperature -for boundaries of phases. Data
is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
