Microarray fold-changes, p values, and false discovery rates (FDR) for all E. coli genes from logarithmic phase 5-azaC treated cells. Fold-change is expression in the presence of 5-azaC divided by expression in the absence of 5-azaC and is log2 transformed. P values are from one sample t-tests, and the FDR is the Benjamini-Hochberg false discovery rate. (CSV 153Â kb)
本数据集包含经5-氮杂胞苷(5-azaC)处理的对数生长期大肠杆菌(E. coli)所有基因的微阵列倍数变化、p值与错误发现率(false discovery rate, FDR)。其中,倍数变化定义为添加5-氮杂胞苷时的基因表达量与未添加时的比值,且已完成log₂对数转换;p值通过单样本t检验计算得到,错误发现率(FDR)采用本雅明尼-霍赫贝格(Benjamini-Hochberg)方法计算。(CSV格式,文件大小153 KB)
