Supporting data for 'Understanding the Limitation of Organic Field-Effect Transistors'

This dataset is the experimental results of the current thesis. The dataset is separated into three parts. The first part is about the parameter investigation on the meniscus guided coating. The second part is for the contact resistance study on the monolayer organic transistors. The last part is the schematic diagram of the future work. The file format in the current thesis mainly contains photographs, microscopic figures and the electrical measurement results.本数据集系本文所呈现的实验结果，共分为三个部分。第一部分针对弯液面引导涂层（meniscus guided coating）开展参数探究；第二部分聚焦单层有机晶体管（monolayer organic transistors）的接触电阻特性研究；第三部分为未来研究工作的示意图。本数据集涵盖的文件形式主要包括实物照片、显微图像以及电学测量结果。
