CLINICAL COURSE AND DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES OF CHRONIC HYPERTROPHIC GINGIVITIS IN ADOLESCENTS

This study is devoted to a comprehensive investigation of the clinical course and diagnostic characteristics of chronic hypertrophic gingivitis in adolescents. The research analyzes etiological factors, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and contemporary diagnostic approaches, including clinical indices and instrumental methods. Based on the obtained findings, criteria for early diagnosis have been identified, and evidence-based approaches to effective treatment and prevention have been substantiated.本研究旨在对青少年慢性肥厚性牙龈炎（chronic hypertrophic gingivitis）的临床病程与诊断特征开展全面研究。本研究分析了该病的病因学因素、发病机制、临床表现，以及包括临床指标与仪器检测手段在内的现代诊断方法。基于所得研究结果，本研究明确了该病的早期诊断标准，并证实了用于有效治疗与预防的循证方案。
