In the 21st century, when the development of education is accelerating, it is equally clear to all of us that people with disabilities need to be integrated into society and that they have equal rights in education. It is important to bring inclusive education to a high level of development in the new Uzbekistan and to instill in the consciousness of our society that everyone has equal rights in education through practical demonstration.在教育发展加速推进的21世纪，残疾人需融入社会、在教育领域享有平等权利，这已是不争的共识。在新乌兹别克斯坦，推动全纳教育（Inclusive Education）实现高水平发展，并通过实践示范向全社会树立“人人享有平等教育权”的理念，具有重要意义。
