Estimated CpG islands effects profiles. Each sheet in the file contains the results for one reference group (respectively: (1) BC controls, (2) Matching Controls, (3) All controls, (4) All controls with cases). The first column reports the CpG Island name, the second reports the Feature they are agglomerated into. Third column reports the effect weight (w), while last column reports the ranking of the feature in terms of importance (i.e. ordered by descending magnitude of effect weight associated to the feature).
