Five apples

The dataset we released comprising of two types: phenomics and transcriptomics.The reference genome version we used is GDDH13_v1.1, detailed annotation and gene prediction information can be found here (https://www.rosaceae.org/species/malus/malus_x_domestica/genome_GDDH13_v1.1).
