Model Bayes factors.

Bayes factors from four independent runs per model in BayesTraits [40]–[41] and means used in log-likelihood ratio tests. Bayes factors were calculated using TRACER 1.5 [33] with 1000 replicates of the log-likelihood traces. See Fig. 5 for model design details.
