In the poultry industry, excessive fat deposition is considered an undesirable factor for meat quality. Therefore, selection for optimal fat content levels in poultry has become a major breeding goal.To supplement the foundational data of the research on the molecular regulation mechanism of fat deposition, our research identified an important candidate gene, ZNF423, and analyzed its transcription and regulation by the transcription factor NR2F2.We further examined the potentialpathway of this gene on fat deposition in avian species.

在家禽养殖产业中,过度脂肪沉积被视为影响肉质的不利因素。因此,针对家禽适宜脂肪含量水平的选育已成为核心育种目标之一。为补充脂肪沉积分子调控机制研究的基础数据,本研究鉴定出重要候选基因锌指蛋白423(ZNF423),并分析了该基因的转录过程及其受转录因子核受体亚家族2F2(NR2F2)的调控作用,进一步解析了该基因在禽类脂肪沉积过程中潜在的调控通路。
