RNA sequencing on Ulcerative Colitis Rat intervented by XSP

the therapeutic effects of XSP on ulcerative colitis rat were investigated. XSP treatment declined the mRNA expression levels of inflammatory chemokines and cytokines in MAPK signaling pathway.本研究考察了XSP对溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis）模型大鼠的治疗效应。XSP干预可降低丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase, MAPK）信号通路中炎性趋化因子与细胞因子的mRNA表达水平。
