Transcriptome sequencing analysis revealing the potential mechanism of seed germination in Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel

This study aimed to use the transcriptome data of P. chinensis seed germination to analyze the key signaling pathways, related functional genes, and important regulatory factors in the P. chinensis seed germination process. It also aimed to establish the foundation for exploring the molecular mechanism of P. chinensis seed germination.
