Transcriptome sequencing analysis revealing the potential mechanism of seed germination in Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel

This study aimed to use the transcriptome data of P. chinensis seed germination to analyze the key signaling pathways, related functional genes, and important regulatory factors in the P. chinensis seed germination process. It also aimed to establish the foundation for exploring the molecular mechanism of P. chinensis seed germination.本研究旨在利用P. chinensis种子萌发的转录组数据（transcriptome data），解析该物种种子萌发过程中的关键信号通路、相关功能基因与重要调控因子，同时为探究P. chinensis种子萌发的分子机制奠定研究基础。
