Soil microbial diversity under different nitrogen additions

The rhizosphere soil microorganisms of winter wheat were used as the research object. The changes of soil bacteria communities under five nitrogen additions were studied by high-throughput sequencing technology.

本研究以冬小麦根际土壤微生物（rhizosphere soil microorganisms）为研究对象，采用高通量测序技术（high-throughput sequencing technology），探究了5种氮添加处理（nitrogen additions）下土壤细菌群落的变化特征。
