Rice Aroma - 33, 275 SNP Matrix

DNA from 380 rice samples were extracted and submitted to the BioResource Center at Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) for genotyping-by-sequencing. Tags were aligned to the Nipponbarre reference genome (MSU version 7.0) using the Burrows-Wheeler Aligner version 0.7.8-r455 (BWA). SNPs missing in more than 25% of the data set were filtered along with SNPs with minor allele frequency (MAF) of 5%.
