ProtNAff: Protein-bound Nucleic Acid filters and fragment libraries

This dataset contains the library produced by the ProtNAff tool for the paper. The files are in the numpy format matrix. There are files for the reduced and the all atoms fragments.本数据集包含为该论文开发的ProtNAff工具所生成的蛋白质片段文库。所有文件均采用NumPy格式的矩阵存储，涵盖精简原子片段与全原子片段对应的两类文件。
