BAT_CICA_rats_mRNA-lncRNA-circRNA

BAT total RNA from the CICA and CTRL groups (n= 4 rats per group) was extracted, using TM miRNA extraction kit #TR205-200 following the manufacturer’s instructions and checked for a RIN number to inspect RNA integrity by an Agilent 4200 TapeStation (Agilent technologies, Santa Clara, CA, US).Qualified total RNA was further purified by RNAClean XP Kit (Cat A63987, Beckman Coulter,Inc.Kraemer Boulevard Brea, CA,USA)and RNase-Free DNase Set (Cat#79254, QIAGEN, GmBH, Germany). 8 samples RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) assays were performed. C1-C4 are samples in the control group while S1-S4 are samples in the CICAl group.本研究提取了CICA组与对照组（CTRL）大鼠的棕色脂肪组织（BAT，Brown Adipose Tissue）总RNA，每组包含4只大鼠的样本。实验采用TM微小RNA（miRNA，microRNA）提取试剂盒（货号#TR205-200），严格遵循厂商说明书进行操作，并通过安捷伦4200 TapeStation系统（安捷伦科技公司，美国加利福尼亚州圣克拉拉）检测RNA完整性，测定其RNA完整性指数（RIN，RNA Integrity Number）。符合质量要求的总RNA进一步通过RNAClean XP纯化试剂盒（货号A63987，贝克曼库尔特公司，美国加利福尼亚州布雷亚克雷默大道）与无RNase脱氧核糖核酸酶试剂盒（货号#79254，凯杰集团（QIAGEN, GmBH），德国）完成纯化。本研究共完成8份样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）检测，其中C1-C4为对照组样本，S1-S4为CICA组样本。
