Genomic DNA of F. graminearum strain CML3066 was sequenced on a Illumina HiSeq2000 platform producing 100bp paired-end reads, and on a PacBio RS II platform. The draft assembly of CML3006 is 36,908,675bp in length and has 4 chromosomes. Like the global reference strain PH-1 (ref), CML3006 has very low repetitive regions (1.17%) and transposable elements (0.43%). The GC content is 47.9 %, excluding N’s and mitochondria. A total of 14,188 genes were predicted in CML3066
