Co. Wicklow Tree Preservation Orders

Tree Preservation Orders are created under section 205 of the Planning and development Act 2000-2010. This allows for the Planning Authority to make provision for the preservation of any tree, trees or woodlands as specified in the order. Within the County Development Plan, a number of policies apply.
