Identifying leadership behaviors having a positive effect on successful project execution at a healthcare company

This research study explores the impact of different leadership behaviours on employee performance and project success within specialized project spaces. Utilizing a mixed methods approach, the research identifies leadership behaviours that positively influence employee performance and examines the interconnectedness between these behaviours and positivity. The findings highlight the importance of leaders' awareness of their impact on team performance and advocate for a flexible approach to leadership in project management.
