Octocoral microbiomes in the Gulf of Mexico

To characterize the microbial communities of four octocoral species and investigate variation across their depth and geographic ranges in the Gulf of Mexico including both mesophotic and deep-sea species.本研究旨在表征墨西哥湾内四种八射珊瑚（octocoral）的微生物群落，并探究其在不同栖息深度与地理分布区域间的群落变异，研究涵盖中光层与深海八射珊瑚物种。
