Tail-Seq For Zebrafish Early Embryos Injected With Control Or Tut4/7 Morpholinos (Internal Id: Hs31, Part 7/10)

This dataset contains the raw sequencing data from a TAIL-seq run for zebrafish embryos. The cluster intensities of fluorescence signals are repacked as an HDF5 formatted file, then split into multiple parts to fit in the dataset size limitation of the Zenodo.本数据集包含针对斑马鱼胚胎开展的TAIL-seq实验所产生的原始测序数据。所得荧光信号的簇强度被重新打包为分层数据格式5（HDF5）文件，随后为适配Zenodo平台的数据集大小限制，被拆分为多个分卷。
