This dataset contains individual foraminiferal analyses (IFA) stable isotopic (δ¹⁸O and δ¹³C) measurements of planktic foraminifera Globigerinoides ruber tests from modern and Last Glacial Maximum (LGM; ~20 ka) sediments from offshore the Line Islands, located in the central equatorial Pacific Ocean.本数据集包含针对浮游有孔虫红拟抱球虫（Globigerinoides ruber）壳体的有孔虫个体分析（Individual Foraminiferal Analyses, IFA）及稳定同位素（δ¹⁸O与δ¹³C）测定数据，样本采自位于中赤道太平洋的莱恩群岛近海现代沉积物与末次盛冰期（Last Glacial Maximum, LGM；约2万年）沉积物。
