VPRS 19749 Domiciliary Post Natal Service Case Register

The volumes in this series document women who had given birth at the Royal Women's Hospital (VA 1241) and are receiving care during their post-partum period at home. These records were used to record information for those participating in the Post Natal Domiciliary Service. The volumes contain the mother's assigned patient number, name, address, district (suburb), which ward they were in, attending sister, days on books, number of visits, discharge dates, birth (male/female and identifying number), and baby's weight.
