The goal of this study was to compare wildtype adult lung epithelium to epithelium from Cdc42 AT1-KO mice and mice after left bronchial ligation model. Overall design: Two samples of adult mouse epithelial cells, three samples of adult Hopx-CreERT2; Cdc42 KO lineage traced mice, and three samples of Hopx-CreERT2 lineage traced mice after left bronchial ligation were pooled respectively for library preparation.

本研究旨在对比野生型(wildtype)成年肺上皮组织,与Cdc42 AT1基因敲除(Cdc42 AT1-KO)小鼠及左支气管结扎模型(left bronchial ligation model)小鼠的上皮组织。实验整体设计如下:分别将2份成年小鼠上皮细胞样本、3份成年Hopx-CreERT2;Cdc42基因敲除谱系示踪小鼠样本,以及3份经左支气管结扎后的Hopx-CreERT2谱系示踪小鼠样本混合,用于文库制备。
