组蛋白H3单胺酰化修饰的动力学过程受转谷氨酰胺酶2(Transglutaminase 2, TG2)双向调控,并可促进神经节律性。实验总体设计:在小鼠结节乳头核(Tuberomammillary Nucleus, TMN)的不同授时因子时间(Zeitgeber Time, ZT)阶段开展的CUT&RUN实验,检测靶标包括H3K4me2、H3K4me3、H3K4me3Q5ser、H3K4me3Q5his以及WD重复蛋白5(WDR5);此外在HeLa细胞中开展的CUT&RUN实验则检测了H3K4me3Q5his与H3Q5his。
