Ecoli_Cojugation

These are donor E coli cells (ANB35) and recipient Ecoli cells (ANB24). These are the same . cells described in the Science paper (Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer). The . cells were mixed on the grid and then plunge frozen and imaged with cryo-ET without CLEM. . Targets were imaged with cryo-ET randomly.

本数据集包含供体大肠杆菌（E. coli）ANB35细胞与受体大肠杆菌（E. coli）ANB24细胞。上述细胞与发表于《科学》（Science）期刊的论文《水平基因转移的直接可视化》（Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer）中记载的样本完全一致。将这些细胞在电镜载网上混合后，采用快速 plunge 冷冻法完成制样，随后在未使用关联光镜与电镜技术（CLEM）的条件下，通过冷冻电子断层扫描（cryo-ET）进行成像。所有观测靶标均通过冷冻电子断层扫描（cryo-ET）完成随机成像。
