Maternal mental health and child stunting

Child undernutrition is linked to substantial national economic and health losses in low- and middle-income countries, including Rwanda. Although the causal and contextual factors contributing to chronic malnutrition in children in Rwanda have been explored, the role of the mother’s mental health has not been fully investigated. Both the dataset and statistics code help to reproduce the results.

儿童营养不良与包括卢旺达在内的中低收入国家的巨额国民经济损失及健康损害紧密相关。尽管学界已针对卢旺达儿童慢性营养不良的致病诱因与相关背景因素开展了探索性研究，但母亲心理健康所发挥的作用尚未得到充分探究。本数据集与配套统计代码均可用于复现该研究的相关结果。
