Decoding the genetic and chemical basis of sexual attractiveness in parasitoid wasps

The uploaded dataset contains four part: 1. the qPCR data, where we show the raw data of Ct values of target gene and house-keeping genes; 2. the CHC profile data, where we show the absolute concentrations of all chemical compounds identified in males and females of different treatments, as well before and after CHC physical separation process; 3. the behavior assay data, where we provide the males' mating behavior toward live , freeze-killed , and CHC reconstituted females from control and <em>fas5</em> RNAi treatments; 4. the desiccation assay data, where we show the survival of wasps of different treatments, under different desiccation stresses.
