Coastal tree transect data, Florida Keys, 2009-2010

Data consist of oxygen isotope ratios of stem water, stem cellulose and phenylglucosazone (a derivative of cellulose) for two transects encompassing mangroves and freshwater plants (Sheet 1 and Sheet 2). Data showing the contrast in leaf properties related to isotopic composition of leaf water from mangrove and freshwater plants.本数据集收录了两条覆盖红树林与淡水植物的样带的茎部水、茎纤维素以及纤维素衍生物苯基葡糖腙（phenylglucosazone）的氧同位素比值，相关数据对应工作表1与工作表2。该数据集同时呈现了红树林植物与淡水植物在叶片水分同位素组成相关的叶片属性间的差异。
