Gene expression of MLL/AF9 leukemia cells sorted from mice treated with or without brequinar

Mice bearing an MLL/AF9 leukemia were treated with vehicle or brequinar every three days for a total of four doses. Mice were euthanized for collection of the bone marrow cells. The leukemia cells were purified by FACS (fluorescence activated cell sorting) and total RNA was prepared from the purified leukemia cells. Overall design: Two samples were analyzed in singlicate by RNA-sequencing.携带MLL/AF9型白血病的小鼠分别以赋形剂或布雷喹纳尔（brequinar）每三天给药一次，共计给药四次。随后对小鼠实施安乐死以收集骨髓细胞，通过FACS（荧光激活细胞分选，fluorescence activated cell sorting）纯化白血病细胞，并从纯化后的白血病细胞中提取总RNA。实验整体设计：采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）对两份样本进行单样分析。
