Genome sequencing of individual cells in C57BL/6 iPS cell clone. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6J

We picked single cells and established sublines from iPS cells generated from C57BL/6 mouse. We performed whole-genome sequencing of them for comparing with matched-parent somatic fibroblasts for point mutation study.本研究从C57BL/6小鼠来源的诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cells，iPS cells）中挑取单细胞并建立亚系。我们对这些亚系进行全基因组测序，并与匹配的亲本体细胞成纤维细胞进行比对，以开展点突变相关研究。
