Genomic characterisation of respiratory syncytial virus subtype B (RSV-B) strains from Sydney, NSW, Australia

We used whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics to characterise 51 RSV-A strains circulating in the paediatric population from Sydney, Australia during the recent successive seasons of 2016, 2017 and 2018.
