Somatic mutation analysis of oxidative stress-induced intestinal tumors in Mutyh deficient mice. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6JC

Raw data of Whole-exome sequencing (WES) for the detection of somatic mutations in tumors. The samples derived from small intestinal tumors and neighboring normal tissue, and heart tissue of the same mouse. Mice lack Mutyh genes, orally administrated potassium bromate (oxidized reagent)-containing water for 16 wks. Illumina HiSeq 2000 paired end sequencing; SureSelect Mouse All Exon kit used for target capture.

用于检测肿瘤体细胞突变的全外显子组测序（Whole-exome sequencing, WES）原始数据。实验样本取自同一小鼠的小肠肿瘤、癌旁正常组织与心脏组织。该小鼠为Mutyh基因缺失型，经口给予含溴酸钾（一种氧化试剂）的饮用水，持续16周。测序采用Illumina HiSeq 2000平台进行双端测序；目标区域捕获使用SureSelect小鼠全外显子组捕获试剂盒完成。
