BNST AVP optogenetics data

Data collected during several experiments: Optogenetic BNST AVP cell stimulation, inhibition, and BNST AVP->LS circuit stimulation while measuring social behaviors within a 3-chamber apparatus, anxiety-like behavior in an elevated zero maze, and real-time place preference. All tests were carried out in mice.

本数据集源自多项实验的采集数据：实验涵盖光遗传学（Optogenetic）操控终纹床核（BNST）精氨酸加压素（AVP）神经元的激活与抑制，以及终纹床核AVP神经元投射至外侧隔核（LS）的神经环路的激活；实验期间，通过三室箱装置（3-chamber apparatus）检测社交行为、高架零迷宫（elevated zero maze）检测类焦虑行为，并开展实时位置偏好（real-time place preference）实验。所有实验均以小鼠为受试对象。
