Genome Sequences of Vesicular Stomatitis Indiana Viruses from the 2019 Outbreak in the Southwest United States

Sequence data generated from a diagnostic investigation by the USDA/APHIS/Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (FADDL) to characterize Vesicular Stomatitis isolates within the United States in 2019. These FASTQ files represent the filtered sequence data used to generate viral genomes using reference guided assembly from Illumina paired-end data.
