Brook Charr sex-specific transcriptome network analysis

This dataset was produced from a full-sib family of Brook Charr Salvelinus fontinalis with the aim of constructing gene co-expression networks, then analyzing for differences that occur between the sexes in the regulatory networks underlying specific phenotypes of interest.本数据集源自溪红点鲑（Brook Charr, Salvelinus fontinalis）的全同胞家系，旨在构建基因共表达网络，进而分析目标特异性表型对应的调控网络中存在的性别差异。
