Calcium activity of CA1 cells in the freely moving mouse. The data was recorded using a combination of a miniature head-mount microscope and GCaMP6f. The calcium traces were extracted from the fluorescence image stream using CNMF-E (Zhou et al., 2018 eLife 7 1). The firing rate of each neuron was estimated from the calcium trace using OASIS (Pnevmatikakis et al., 2016 Neuron 89 299). Animal position in the arena was simultaneously recorded. All the data is stored in MATLAB .mat file format.

本数据集记录了自由活动小鼠海马CA1区神经元的钙活动信号。数据采集采用微型头戴式显微镜与GCaMP6f荧光指示剂联用的方案。钙活动轨迹通过CNMF-E算法（Zhou等，2018，eLife 7，1）从荧光图像流中提取得到。单个神经元的放电频率基于钙活动轨迹，通过OASIS算法（Pnevmatikakis等，2016，Neuron 89，299）估算得到。实验同步记录了小鼠在行为测试箱内的位置信息。所有数据均以MATLAB .mat文件格式存储。
