本数据集旨在比较经4-羟基他莫昔芬（4-hydroxytamoxifen）处理的细胞的总转运RNA（transfer RNA，tRNA）水平与氨酰化tRNA占比，并以未处理细胞作为对照。实验设计如下：用于tRNA氨酰化水平及总丰度检测的对照组细胞：5次重复；经4-羟基他莫昔芬处理2小时组：2次重复；经4-羟基他莫昔芬处理4小时组：5次重复；经4-羟基他莫昔芬处理8小时组：tRNA氨酰化水平检测设4次重复，总tRNA丰度检测设3次重复；无亮氨酸（Leu）对照组：3次重复。
