CSVs <i>(FijiFISH analyzedTables</i><i>)</i> from downsampled data for RUHi

CSVs populated into the analyzedTables folder during FijiFISH Quantification. These tables were generated from the downsampled images and should be stored in a file folder, the path of which will be fed into the first function in the RUHi pipeline workflow.本数据集涵盖在FijiFISH定量分析过程中生成并填充至analyzedTables文件夹内的逗号分隔值文件（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）。此类表格均由降采样图像生成，应存储于指定文件夹中，该文件夹的路径将被输入至RUHi流水线工作流的第一个函数。
